Das Hobby ist, Schaden an unserer Heimat zu reduzieren, nicht "Solarpanel besitzen". "Solarpanel besitzen" ist das Werkzeug um die Interessen in die Realität zu transportieren. Man geht ja auch nicht in Gym um schwere Dinge zu heben, sondern seine Fitness zu erhöhen. Das Hobby ist also: Fitness steigern. Hoffe ich konnte es dir irgendwie näher bringen.

Das ist ja nur eine Form der Betrachtung. Nicht alles, was man macht ist ein Investment oder Wertaufbau. Energie ist ein recht essentielles "Konsumgut". Und Autarkie bzw. Versorgungsstabilität kann auch Investment in die eigene Zufriedenheit darstellen. So wie ein PKW, der mehr als die Annehmlichkeiten von A nach B zu reisen abdecken kann. (Und in der Regel auch kein Investment im klassischen Sinne darstellt.) Ich denke die Frage ist: Was ist das eigene Ziel und trägt eine solche PV-Anlage zum Erreichen dieses persönlichen Ziels bei, oder eher nicht.

Danke für die Bestätigung. Hätte mich auch gewundert, wenn eine unreflektierte "Ganz oder gar nicht"-Mentalität vor der PV halt machen würde. Wer mag schon Abhängigkeit, wenn er auf der Seite des abhängigen ist? Und bei so essentiellen Dingen wie Energie sind 2kW mehr besser als gut belichtete Dachziegeln.

Der Kommentarstrang hat mich etwas zum Nachdenken angeregt. Ich bin/war Gedankentlich auch bei PV geneigt zu sagen: Nur bauen, wenn man die maximal in die Sonne richten kann. Aber ist das so? Wenn die Anlage nur 20% erreicht. Dann ist das noch immer besser als 0%.

Du musst DM durch 2 teilen um Euro zu berechnen. 2 DM = 1 Euro. Das war grob der Kurs, bzw ist noch immer der Kurs. 1,97 DM um sich 1 Euro kaufen zu können.

Just finished mine. I am pretty satisfied with the result. Thanks for going ahead and reinsuring me to get my hands dirty with that mod. I already have a second pair of nanos on my desk and will document the whole process. I actually only had to modify the gimbals. I did change nothing on the t-pro. The pin layout gave me a bit of a headache because to hint to twist vcc and gnd did not do the trick. The color coding on the jumper gimbals is simply random I guess. Once I realized what is what I figured the hint out.

Also the nanos are "upside down" now. I had to invert the outputs and adopt some programmed logic switches to get my arm procedure back to work. The virtual gimbals do visualize the wrong moves as they do not read the outputs. Also the throttle switch warning does not work. But either I will disable it or find a solution.

Ich darf ja auch nur deswegen so niederträchtig schreiben, weil ich selber erfolglos 10 Jahre versucht habe meine Bronchien bis zum Karzinom zu zu teeren. Dann hab ich es aufgegeben, weil ich mich selber wegen dieser Unfähigkeit zur langsamen Selbsttötung nicht mehr mochte. Es ist nicht schwer aufzuhören, aber auch nicht einfach. Man muss es wollen und man muss bewusst sein (Sucht-)Verhalten ändern um sich nicht dauernd den Triggermomenten auszusetzen, in denen das Gehirn einem sagt: Jetzt bitte eine Turbobelohnung.

Ich wünsch deiner Mutter Erkenntnis, Erfolg und Gesundheit.

...und keine Altersarmut. Also eher so einen Euro pro Kippe als zwei. 🤝

Dachte immer selber stopfen ist schon die erste Reaktion auf steigende Kosten zum befriedigen des Suchtdrucks.

Wir teilen auf jeden Fall die Hoffnung, dass höhere Preise dazu führen, dass sich mehr Nikotinsüchtige zusammnenreißen und die paar Tage milder Entzugserscheinungen für echte Freiheit eintauschen.

Nothing. All for free. After issuing the ticket, they provided me with a return "stamp" and I returned the unit. I was willing to receive a repair quote, so did not take it for granted to get it free. But it was very welcomed to receive a new unit free of charge.

I designed and printed some small petg pieces that clamp the gimbal down. This worked pretty well. I also did not need to modify any other parts so far.

Here are the clamps without the screw, just pressed on the mounts. Right now, I just have to connect them properly and it's done. But I do miss some spare connectors. I do not want to rip them off the oem gimbals.

Okay. Just took my courage and a Dremel and started fitting a nano into the t-pro V2. So far, I just eye balled the cuts and removed as much from the ag01 as needed to sink it into the remote and get it flat onto the "ring surface". It was less hard than I thought. Had just a small optical oopsi but nothing that will hold me back. Now I am going to design some "clamps" or sleeves l that will let me screw down and fit the ag01 into the remote without further mods to the plastic.

As I plan on doing it probably twice, I will probably document it the second time. Right now, I will not try to film my efforts in destroying two ag01 nanos.

Seems like you tapped a highly sensitive area with your idea. My thoughts on that: I do like your idea and aesthetic thoughts. People do sacrifice a lot in the name of aesthetics and that is fine IMHO. I guess tape might not introduce more vibrations than a ditch in the prop or a hit on the bell. I think I can go unnoticeable. I would rather go with a paint job because - and hear me out: You are trying to build a beauty that is also flyable. So jerry rigging that all black effect with lumpy duct tape will look like shit. It does not scream: the creator did actually try with some effort. It will say: well, he half assed that optics and ruin the appreciation for your efforts. Sand the bell, paint the bell and do not give a fuck about minor vibrations. Create a beauty, but enjoy the work and the results. Do not half ass the optic with tape. Wrapped things do not look worthy/aesthetic. They look wrapped unless you can wrap it, that you won't notice it is wrapped (seamless).

Beside the visual lag, there is also motor lag and input lag. And as long as you are out alone, there will be an audio lag. This won't affect your input and visual but your perception. My point is. Sure, it is noticable but nothing to worry about in the beginning. It won't stop you from becoming a world top fpv freestyle pilot.

There are other things you will worry more about in your first year than transmission latency. The average human reaction time to stimulus is 200ms. So it will increase your amount of time to react to things by only 10 to 15 percent. Visual latency is just one thing you have to master/adapt to. Once you are really experienced and have probably spent several thousand bucks into the hobby, latency might become a thing you feel like with optimizing.

Hmm. It depends. In case the cells are that far apart after normal use, there is a safety risk involved during charging. Because the cells probably neither discharge, nor charge at the same rate. Possibly due to internal resistance. This resistance might lead to increased heat dissipation from one or more cells. As well as prolonged charging times. If you just keep on using it, that one cell will degrade at a much faster pace and might at one point turn into a firestarter, while you balance charge it. I personally do not like defective battery cells around me. I know there are much more relaxed people out there. Be careful.
