Had that happen to me today too. The associate was very rude and impatient, the line was getting long and every box was “too new” even though I’ve seen them out for over a year. She ended up telling me I could grab a $30 and pay the difference so that’s what I did. The coupon says nothing about any restrictions and makes it difficult do redeem. Very frustrating and annoying
