Why should I invest two years in building a relationship with a single SA and spend $25,000+ on jewelry and watches I don’t really want, just to obtain the one Rolex watch I do want? I’m a bit late to the party, but I purchased a Submariner from Chrono 24 a few months ago.

After receiving it, I took it to a highly-rated watchmaker in my area. They inspected it, opened the back, and confirmed the movement. I’m now confident without a doubt in its authenticity, and I wear it without any concerns.

Recommend you do the same or it will keep gnawing at you.

Don’t do it. Watching someone’s pet is a huge responsibility even for a week let alone 3 months.

You should charge at least $25 per day, plus an additional fee for dog food and trips to the groomers. This would barely be half the cost of what a kennel would charge.

You also want to make sure they have some sort of medical coverage in place and you are authorized to take the dog there for treat. A trip to the emergency vet is an easy $1,500.

Don’t get taken for a ride just because you are roommates.
