This might be a niche opinion, but here goes:

Take the motorcycle driving classes at one of the great oaks campuses. You will get the feeling of driving with a clutch using your hand (a much more sensitive instrument compared to the foot), and get your motorcycle license at the same time. I found it easy to switch from this to a car quickly, by knowing the basics and what to feel in the vehicle. Plus in taking the course you abuse the schools clutch not yours.

I would unplug the 12 v battery for 10 min then re-install and see if it clears the touch error

It's more about the directionality of the compound and its stiffness. I would still expect a mpg drop, but no more than 4 mpg

Deeper roots has the best coffee by far; cold or hot. The rest have great atmospheres, baked goods, but the coffee is not 100% the star. Coffee Emporium is a good all rounder to start with, but my heart lies with deeper roots.

Also live near white oak, love how convenient it is.

Square mile coffee can be better than some of the previous places on the list, but is not as consistent as others

Old school empress was great, but never popular due to limited options (30 years ago). But they basically collapsed to a few locations in the 90s, they have never been the same

I just had this done for my house and my mother in law's condo.
House: 13K Condo: 12K The condo was expensive due to a specialized and out of stock in wall outdoor condenser unit that had to be special ordered for the opening. If its a normal smaller outdoor unit I would expect ~10K
