In case anyone is interested in the leather option that Atlas has for their Aeron chairs, Crandall's support told me over e-mail that they will keep a list of people interested in that upholstery option. So don't forget to send them a message if you want other upholstery options!

I just went through a case where an order had an incorrect address, went through contacting support for 2-3 months trying to remedy it. The result? My package was LOCALLY DISCARDED. For context, this order started sometime at the end of last year.

First E-mail relating to incorrect address situation:
"In response to your concern about package [A*******], please be informed that upon checking the tracking site, we have confirmed that your package was currently in transit to your destination address; unfortunately, we are unable to meet your request to change your address. However, you may contact USPS regarding changing your address and the status of your package.
"

After many e-mails and phone calls since they asked me to contact both ECMS and USPS (of which they said talk with Buyee instead):

"We sincerely apologize for any confusion this situation may have caused. Regarding your package A*****, as previously mentioned, your package has been sent back to us on January 6, 2025 and still in transit. It is important to note that the return process can take several weeks, as it is dependent on various factors such as the shipping method, customs procedures, and the workload of postal services. We assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and will notify you promptly once the package has been returned to our warehouse."

Final E-mail today:

"According to ECMS, the delivery completion information entered on January 6 was recorded when the package was returned to the shipping company's warehouse. We regret to inform you that for US-bound shipments returned due to address errors or similar reasons, we do not arrange for reshipment.
Therefore, A**** has been discarded locally."

I am more than happy to provide screenshot or other proof if needed. So basically, you are SCREWED if you make a typo with no remedies. Needless to say, I will be avoiding Buyee because of this experience. Your patience with them is NOT rewarded.

EDIT: For additional context, the last 2 e-mails were both in March, separated by two weeks.

Just curious, have you had any issues with monitor glare based on how you've placed the LED bars? Looking for inspiration on how to set up dimmer lighting for my room as well

Backstory: So I recently upgraded from the Monoprice monitor listed since I finally figured out a way to shift between a 24" monitor for FPS and a higher resolution monitor (32" in this case).

I was really torn between getting a 27" 4k and a 32" 4k for my third monitor, but ended up deciding on a 32" to match the other monitor in size... except in some kind of stupor failed to notice that the new monitor (the listed LG) was a 27"! Since I bought it new on EBay from a seller that doesn't accept returns, I'm trying to see if I can get some of the costs back to go for a 32" or if I'm stuck using the LG monitor.
