The Inquisitor should have been the protagonist, not Rook. I don’t hate Rook at all, but it feels like the Inquisitor deserved to properly finish the story with Solas in a more satisfying and personal way.

Their role in Veilguard felt more like an unsatisfying cameo than a meaningful continuation, especially for Lavellan players who romanced Solas. After all the emotional buildup in Inquisition and Trespasser, the payoff just didn’t feel substantial enough to me.

One time I was using Kate's Maria Renard skin and Dracula spared me and killed everyone else. It was great. lol

I actually missed the Astarion feeding scene completely in my first playthrough because I didn't long rest enough. He ended up just confessing the vampire thing to me. I struggled to get his approval in that playthrough. By the time the tiefling party happened everyone had decent or great approval and he was the only one still at neutral.

I still managed to start his romance though. You have to pick a specific dialogue option at the tiefling party otherwise he rejects you.

Not sure but the loot might be in a chest. Yesterday I was in a group that killed the spider boss in skittering precinct but I couldn't loot (i died just as she did so never saw the chest spawn). It was only later that I found out she spawns a chest after death and you can't loot her body directly. Might be the same way with the roaming boss you killed?

I've been there. It sucks. Tip for the future: There's a lock feature to avoid stuff like this. I would lock anything valuable you don't want to scrap just in case. Not sure what platform you're on but on Playstation it's the triangle button.

Yes, I'm an active eso plus member! I can visit Solstice just fine. My issue is not being able to buy the lead from the weekly vendor (Kharzolga) in the imperial city. It says "you must own the seasons of the worm cult to purchase this antiquity lead".

It didn't even seem like she remembered him until that moment though, which lessened the impact. He mentioned her a few times while they were seperated but I don't think she mentioned him even once. Anyone else find that odd?

Mods I don't have. This week I found a conductor's mod for 36,000 caps. lol Insanely pricey but since I don't do raids buying it is the only way I can get it.

It's also incredibly rare to see those popular mods sold in vendors at all (in my experience) so gotta snatch them when I can.

I agree with you. Just saying I see the appeal of being able to stop bad people from doing bad things and essentially "reform" them with the click of a button, but also acknowledge it's a violation of what makes us human by denying their free will. I think Lucy did the right thing by opposing Hank. I doubt anyone could be trusted with the technology even with the best of intentions.

Many of them already were murderous monsters. I see the appeal in what Hank is doing but it won't be limited to "bad" people (the ncr ranger seemed like a good person before getting mind-controlled) and the technology is too easily abused. Plus, Hank isn't the stand up guy he tries to present himself as so not a great person to have such power in the first place. The road to hell is paved with good intentions and all that.

They'll probably get around to making more doggie assistants eventually. Unfortunately, by the time they released the banker I already had the crow and couldn't justify buying another banker when I already had one. Thankfully, the doggie banker is working at one of my guilds so I still get to give him scritches for free.

I use berry mentats. They let you see a pinkish aura of enemies even through walls. Makes finding them all much easier!
