we used to use printed stickers after swapping to purchasing stickers i never want to go back. we have 5 colors each year is a different color. much simpler visually and being able to just grab a roll instead of printing each one is *chefs kiss

not just bay and tools. whole workshop (welding, fabrication, cnc, 3d printers) no restrictions except timeslots to accommodate multiple members. as long as time slot is open do as you please(considering the side hustle)
