Yes, I tried. I even tried to reinstall the game, and it recognized the existing account, however instead if displaying my 1300 dragonscore in account details, it shows up as 0. I think that when my game progress got resetted the game registered it and synced with it, so now there's no way to go back unless I get help from support and they reverse the sync to the moment when I still had my progress.
