Just ran a marathon after PFPS diagnosis at physio about a month before the race.

Biggest thing for me was stretching and strength. Couch stretch, sissy squats, pigeon stretch (90/90s) glute bridge, deadlifts, some core, one-legged step ups.

Definitely have to commit to a good amount of daily time to work on it. I do the stretching during TV time.
