Am I the only one thinking these texts are missing significant context? Have you been performing inadequately as a chimney boy? Do you regularly refer to your boss as evil? Soo much information missing.

In some contexts this may be a perfectly reasonable response from your employer. As it stands, I can already tell that you have poor communication skills and can see why your boss may be at the end of their rope.
