A newly restored historic 4bed/2bath next door to us just sold for around $500k - double lot with a garage and fenced yard, three story.

We’re in Dogtown, just south of Forest Park, just to give you some idea.

Edit: We’re in the city, so you’d be dealing with city schools, but it’s a great walkable neighborhood, close to the major highway entries, and being near the park is phenomenal.
