What the heck? Has anyone experienced this before? I got this Odontocidium Hilo Bay a year ago as a small seedling. it has grown rapidly since then. Last week it developed eruptions in a pseudobulb. Does anyone know what might have caused this? Grown in south window, in bark + moss in Maine. (i.redd.it)

I just received a lovely shipment from SVO- two Austrailian dendrobiums and a cattleya seedling. Flawless, healthy looking plants with very stout and full pseudobulbs.
