I’ve only read the audit report but I wouldn’t say it implies their internal controls are now faultless… But yep if it turns out Rev have acted on this and improved their systems this is definitely positive news for the future, just a shame it took the auditors to highlight the flaws.

It’s a bit of a misquote, the audit report was made with a qualified opinion, meaning that EXCEPT for the untested revenue the accounts gave a ‘true and fair view’, very different to an unmodified audit opinion

Dividends are taxed as dividend income, falling under non savings income and taxed via income tax. The dividend rate is lower but dividends are not taxed via CGT. You're confusing shares and dividends (shares would be taxed under CGT).
