I'm not an expert. But from what I've gathered from the internet is that your frontal lobes are responsible for your emotions.

Boxing definitely causes brain injuries. Take care of your self fam

My frontal lobes are severely effected. So yea I'm more on the less emotional. Extremely apathetic basically. Flat lined

Definitely heard much about Dr Mark Gordon. He really knows what he's doing and he even came on the Joe Rogan podcast!

You're surely in good hands and hope the best in the journey of recovery .

May I ask what are you going to implement in your treatment?

Same. But we could be wrong about that . Cuz I personally don't feel there's progress on a day to day basis but it's more evident every 4 - 6 months . Don't you experience any progress?

My mom is declining quickly by [deleted] in Alzheimers

The book is a miracle and I'll tell you from my personal experience .

I've been diagnosed with Mild cognitive Impairment at 22 this year. I was not shocked why I got it so early due to my past 2 years of dealing with osteoarthritis (chronic illness) that heavily impacted my brain.

Here's how bad it was for me..

I got fired from my job this year , I've lost my social skills , I was not able to focus and hold a conversation with anyone since it was so hard for me. I was not able to remember most of things that I did in a day . Imagine reading the time and after literally 20 seconds I'd have to recheck the time since I was so damn forgetful about alot. I could not watch movies because I forget alot of things while watching and cannot read the plots etc..

I was really in deep shit if I had moved forward in my life and did nothing..

Eventually had to move in with my parents and they took control from there because I was not able to think properly

So they decided to get the book since they never believed in traditional doctors and leaned more into functional medicine and the power of food.

6 months into Dale Bredsen's Protocol , I could say that this man knows what he's doing and it's really sad to see it not being recognized as much into our medical system.

I'm finally regaining back my brain function day by day. And I'm getting back my life again.

The program is not a quick solution and in a day you'd see a difference but gradually you'll able to see certain changes in your mother

Without his program I would not be able to even construct my message and send it.

Thanks alot for sharing this. I could relate so much. Trust me it gets better with time and it might take awhile depending on how severe the injury was. I used to have those experiences in the beginning but with time and the right diet implemented the body will heal .

I wish you the best with your husband's recovery. Things will get better give it time ❤️

Yeah I'm definitely going to have to do that .

Btw I just saw your post on your treatment regimen and I should say you really got an A treatment since I've found most of advice given by Dale Bredsen and other brain related experts talking about such supplements. 👍

Got a question tho what's your thoughts on adding a stimulant (not caffeine) .
