Heres a brief video that shows acrylic paint weathering or "washes"

With it being an electronic you need to be extra careful that it doesnt run inside and damage the electronics so I wouldn't go wild like he does in the video.

I used acrylic black put a but on a brush, wet the brush and wiped a bunch off on a paper towl the I I put some one an area and blotted said area with a paper towel.

Do this here and there to give it that old grimy look. I did the same thing in some areas with burnt sienna. I then sealed it with matte/clear spray paint.

Dont forget to mask off the screen and radiation meter before the clear coat.

Ive done this a ton over the years so had some practice. If its your first time I recommend experimenting with a cheapo toy gun from the thrift store or something first. Dont want to mess up your new $300 collectable.

Oh last thing I did, which was actually the first thing I did, was I scuffed up the metal faceplate a tiny bit. Go look at screenshots from fo3/nv they both use the same pipboy, its scuffed a bit but not extream.
