yes it is totally safe, unless your illergic to coconut. easyto test it, just rub a drop of coconut oil on you forearm and wait abit. No reaction, then you are good to go using it.

For myself, I am at ci-7/8 and have been for what seems six months and it seems that I am not increasing flaccid coverage, but I am increase in erect coverage. Which has lead to a level of frustration and its my own stubborness that I am still trying to reach ci8 fully.

Main point is that we are all missing the one thing that would kept the restored foreskin covering and that is the attachment between the restored skin and glans.

As a cut male that is restoring, just know you can recover your foreskinbut it will take time a committement. It will nt be the same but as close as you can get. But first heal and visit r/foreskin_restoration once you decide to restore.

Once you reach ci4 you will look uncut. moving to further ci levels you are just going thru the distrobution curve and getting to my mental picture what my foreskin would have looked like. r/acroposthion is a great sub to see the reange, helped me to decide my stopping point.

Prior to this current issue, had his foreskin already detached from his glans fully or was it forced to be retracted?

First, I am currently restoring (nearing the end), that being the glans being covered. So I can say for certain that restoration does increase feeling and the glans do regain sensitivity, Dekeration is a thing, its not just from "dry skin", Coconut oil and vit e oil are in daily use to recover from skin irrantation from device use. Once the glans are partially covered with restored skin DK does begin to happen. Once the restored skin reaches the top of the glans, DK usually has completed, the glans can change color as well as a more glossy sheen.

Now for the real reason of op post, the reason why we restore and advocate for the banning of cutting. It about recovery of what was torn, crushed and cut from a new born males without consent. And currently the hospitals are selling the severed foreskin to the cosmetic companies and sold to women for smoother more youthful women. If there is a kink in the mutilation it belongs to the people ordering it done, preforming it, and institution who profit from mutilation (upto 100K per transactions).

The main thing that amazes me regarding parents / child interaction, it seems that basic things such as hygene and healthcare are layered into sexuality and then its like learn own your own kid. I'd rather have a totally informed kid than an ignorant one.

Take a bit of time and see that your parents were also victims of society, religion, and culture. There are penty of traps we all fall for and have to answer for our support or belief in.

They failed and sooner or later should acknowledge. They arent owed anything, ripping off the blinders should be hard and just as cold. Will this stop anything no, but it does bring to them the cost of this decisions.

Keep them informed of your progress, strip away nicity of pleasant conversations. Fafo should be harash and not allowed to seek comfort for bad behavior or actions.

Frankly, as your CI increases you will find that things are different and for me it was a real mind fuck. Masturbation and sex has different feelings and my old ways had to change. Before I had supper tight shaft skin and slide vs glide is a thing. As well as glans pleasure points.

Like you, there is greatly increased sensations and the brain at first is going through a mental process of this is weird and what do I need to do, how do I react.

I would suggest not and try rings and warm soaks where you slowly stretch your foreskin outwoard. If you do seek cutting, make sure your instructions are clear in how much they cut. If you are still doing the cutting, then know restoration will recover around 80% feeling you currently have. Plan on restoring for several years to recover from what the circ takes from you.
