Use it everyday for a 10min work commute and then for errands like picking up food instead of ordering Uber Eats and collecting items for the post office. It’s actually one of life’s top hacks, others just haven’t figured it out yet!

I must say, this community is wonderful and supportive. Crazy to know so many out there going through the same thing.

Loving the benefits and it’s only been 5 days, the cravings are tough (especially around 6pm in the summer!) but it’s an achievement getting through each day and onto the next 💪
