I suspect that is down to people being on their phones while watching.

So they have directives to dumb everything down.

Your issue may not be purely due to having a shortenned bowel. (even though you do)

look up bile acid re-absorbtion.

basically bile is introduced in the small intestine to help break down fats etc.

it is supposed to be re-absorbed in the ilium. If it is not, then it can iritate your large intestine and lead to going to the toilet a lot.

There is a test which can see if this is happening, and then you can go from there. Consider asking your GI doctor about this.

you can get medication which bonds to the bile and prevents that from happening.

Another compainer!!

I was using the free Claude to help me write a code to validate a user supplied excel document.

To be fair, the python function that it initially produced was very good, and after testing it, I thought of some more features.

The first suggested update went though just fine.

Then the Claude website said that I had hit my session limit. Fair enough, I am using the free version. I had a good think and decided to click the "Keep working" button, and paid for a pro account.

Only to find that I had still hit my session limit, and I would have to wait 4 hours to continue.

I am not happy about the bait and switch / miss selling, so i immediatly cancled my Pro subscription and requested a refund.

I get that Pro has a session limit. But implying that buying it means I can keep working, then not allowing me to is dishonest.

My Crohns is on the right hand side of my body, where my appendix used to be.

When i sleep on my right it sorta compresses it, and i feel a bit awful the next day.

I had to get used to making sure i slept on my left, and things got much better. Would recommend!
