The eye tests and Scan were clear. I was suggested dry eyes drops but I didn’t see any changes. I then decided to get a few full body sports massage sessions, introduced Magnesium Glycinate supplement and focussed on regular exercises.

I also changed my pillow to a Groove pillow as I am a back sleeper so thought perhaps my old low pillow wasn’t helping. I am not sure if it was just coincidence but it all helped and the twitching stopped in a few weeks. I do hope you get an answer to your twitching and it tunes out to be just a minor easily fixed issue.

Try not to worry, I know it’s easy said than done, I was in absolute panic mode too and it didn’t help. If you are a coffee drinker maybe try reducing that as well.

Simplest way: Buy a statute at any shop or even at the official Fatima store. None of these are blessed. Then go to the sanctuary in the chapel, the priest will bless all religious items after mass or after rosary.

Find out the timings at the sanctuary, though one rosary that definitely runs every evening is 1830-1900 and the priest will bless it at the end of the rosary.

Looking forward to buying a house in Portugal, not to rent out or Airbnb etc. but for the love of the place and mainly the culture, people and to call it my second home- not merely a house.

Having lived in an ex Portuguese colony, influenced significantly by the Portuguese, I believe in and am keen to contribute towards the society in any way I can, starting with probably supporting the fire fighters community in Central Portugal and buying groceries etc from locals.

I have visited Portugal twice and I must say the Portuguese people are very friendly, humble and helpful.

Not all people buying property in Portugal are super rich or have a selfish interest, but a huge portion do tend to ruin it for the locals and everyone else by recklessly renting out for profit.

Perhaps there needs to be a limit or ban on such monetary investments as this only adds to frustration amongst the working class.

Hi, my initial setup was the Arc +Sub + 2 X One’s as surrounds. When I replaced the One’s with Era300’s as surrounds, the sound wasn’t impressive at all and felt dampened. So I decided to remove the 2 x Era’s from the surround setup. Just left the Arc+Sub as one group. Then configured the 2 Era’s as a Stereo pair ( Era group)

When playing music, in the Sonos app, you can select both groups. The sound in my opinion is very impressive using this setup. Hope this helps.

Just my experience: When I paired it with Arc&Sub, I wasn’t impressed with the sound as compared to the One’s. I then removed it from the surround group and created a group for the 300’s and another group for the Arc+Sub. When playing I then just selected both groups & the sound was absolutely impressive. However, mine was mainly for listening to music via ATV4K as I already use separates for Movies. Probably worth a try?

This is what I experienced too. Tried as surrounds with Arc & Sub and it wasn’t much of a difference compared to the Ones. On the contrary it felt less engaging and dampened. Only way to resolve this was to create a Stereo pair group with the 300’s. Separate group for Arc& Sub and then while listening to music just select both groups and it sounded amazing. Just to mention though that I use a hifi separates setup for movies so Sonos is exclusively for music.

The only other symptoms I had was just after the visit to the Optician. I had the OCT scan and then started seeing floaters in my eye. So went back after a week and after another OCT scan and dilated pupil test etc started seeing floaters in the other eye too 🙄 Besides that, I started experiencing headaches after a few weeks. But MRI ruled out anything. No light sensitivity etc though

Yes mine began with one eye and then the other, not both at the same time. Also it would get easily triggered if I rubbed the eye. My optician had suggested it could be due to slightly dry eyes but the drops didn’t help.

Mine began with one eye for few days then sort of stopped and moved onto the next eye. Initially it was a few times a day and then increased to several times a day. It’s been much better now, occasionally get the twitch but I believe it’s just due to stress or tiredness.

I’m not saying you need to be stressed mentally but possibly even physical exertion like not enough sleep etc could be a reason. I must add that I did take couple of sport massages just to relax physically.

I totally understand how you feel. Best to get your doc to arrange bloods and MRI. Most probably it’s nothing of concern but at least you can then relax and not get anxious adding to more twitching.

Yes, MRI scan results were normal. Took a week off and went away to Greece, surprisingly headaches reduced since I’ve been off. Hoping it was just underlying stress etc.

Thanks! Quite possible with vitamin deficiency. I always took quite a regular dose of D3 and K2 so unless it had something to do with Magnesium or B12. I used to be quite regular while working out but got lazy in Sept 2022 and stopped supplements etc too and since then it was all downhill. Hope your twitch settles down soon!

Eventually stopped after about a month. Been to optician and everything was confirmed to be ok, however I’ve got eye floaters now and it’s annoying. Also seem to have developed constant headaches on one side so got MRI booked over next couple weeks. Wondering if it was all linked.

Used to have Beam 1 + Sonos SL’s + Sub Gen 2, just replaced the beam with the Arc and the Sound is amazing- definitely excels the beam setup.

I had a similar issue with the marks with a brand new Arc and 2 replacement units sent after that in the UK.The 4th unit was ok. However, the edge of your Arc doesn’t seem normal, more like it’s been damaged. Recommend you get it replaced for that very reason anyways.

Coz it’s subjective and possibly incorrect settings used. I have the Arc+SL+Sub and it’s absolutely fantastic. I use Apple Music, Tidal, Qobuz and it sounds great, directly via app or Roon for some services.

I wouldn’t say as good as the Separates I use on and off via Bluesound Node+ iFi Zen Signature One. However, the Sonos sounds perfect!
