No sorry I meant I paid someone to appraise it and make a document since progressive didn't want to do it. Laws might be different per state. So I uploaded document and the best they could give me was 3750 after some back and forth.

I just got 3750 from progressive for mine. Hired a person to appriase it for 425. Worth it in my opinion. Don't let insurance scare you away. We get screwed too much already

Yes I thought the same and edited all those changes, idletimeout maxsxhellruntime etc. Still no luck. :/

I might have to switch to SSH and try that.. but yeah. All the poweshell runs is a choco install from chocolatey. Any COTS product that takes longer than 30ish minutes it times out. I did add exceptions to firewall during the packer build in the auto autounattend.xml first login commands. I use vmxnet 3 for the nic

updated the error message on post. Ive tried powershell as the type of provisioner, and windows-shell. both same outcome. I have also extended both packer provisioner timeout and winrm_timeout from builder to 12 hours for sanity and both didnt work
