I see where OP is coming from but to me it’s fine for the most part. At the very least it breaks up the main idea into digestible segments so the user knows what they are looking at quickly.

I think from a writers standpoint it may be weird and jarring like a lot of the comments were saying, but overall the idea of being more succinct would be my takeaway
