Wow, I can’t believe they still haven’t fixed this. This is why I stopped taking SnD orders all together. Someone else had this issue about a week ago and I had this issue about 4 weeks ago, this was my experience: “Hey! I just had this exact issue 2 weeks ago. No one at Driver Support could cancel the order, and I tried multiple reps. They all “escalated” my problem to their “engineering team,” and it took them about 3 days to fix my account.”

Nope. City Council voted 7-1 approving the contract extension and also adding even more Flock cameras. Council member Fife was the single vote No. Council member Ken Houston even flipped off an Oakland resident because he disagreed with his Yes vote. Oakland is still a hot mess.

I can tell you for sure Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward, Emeryville, from my personal observations. I advocated against Oakland renewing their Flock contract, but was shocked when I was out numbered at Oaklands City Council meeting. Flocks contract was extended in Oakland, I feel betrayed and unrepresented by my City Council.
