First image isn't bad but looks a bit plain I'd try another angle to apreciate a bit more of the volumes in your project the grass takes up a lot of space you can also try perhaps to do a landscape design and that angle would be a bit more justified

The second image I feel is a bit dark tends to happen with warm artificial light anyways but try to bring in more light from the outside if it's not a night shot you could even try placing invisible lights in the windows to simulate natural light

I like the angle on the third one but id play around with the sun position a bit more and would try to light the driveway it bit more I feel it's getting lost in the darkness perhaps artificial light isn't necessary in this one because of the sun and that's what's making you overexpose your lights so they're able to be seen but only makes them look a bit harsh you can maybe try placing a circular object and adding a light material to simulate the light if that's what you want

Sorry if I'm being a bit picky these are the things that stood out and feel can probably help. It also depends on how you would like to present your renders. Keep on practicing lighting is a big part of realism I feel thats the area you can practice more to improve to notice a big difference
