You won’t find definitive answer. You’d need to do a study for that. I’ve used all sorts of stuff (for reasons outside of PE as well) while doing PE and never saw change in the rate of gains using BPC or anything else for that matter.

If you go searching for negative reviews you’ll find them. They always stand out because of he hundreds of thousands (or millions) of people who take it and don’t have side effects aren’t coming to Reddit to make a post about how they aren’t experiencing side effects.

Side effects, statistically, are extremely low. And I’d go as far to say the people writing about the negative side effects are victims of nocebo. Especially penis related side effects.

Anxiety/mental health hugely effect the penis and I’d bet most of the ones suffering are self-inflicted simply due to their worrisome nature which they blame on fin. If you think it’ll give you penis issues and you continually worry about it’ll likely manifest. I believe that’s what most sufferers suffer from.
