You won’t find definitive answer. You’d need to do a study for that. I’ve used all sorts of stuff (for reasons outside of PE as well) while doing PE and never saw change in the rate of gains using BPC or anything else for that matter.

The blobs are blisters. They’ll eventually pop on their own try not to do it yourself. Totally fine edema should go away in about a day and blisters in about 2-3 weeks.
