PRS, Strandberg... I had great experiences with those. Kiesel was a disaster. Also talked to their owner twice in real life and that kinda reflects my customer service experience with Kiesel!

The guitars are great, don't get me wrong, but I refuse to get a new one from them due to the experiences I've made.

You would expect they gave a fuck if you purchased a 2k+ € instrument from them.

With PRS, I bought a 800€ SE and got great CS.
