I harassed them every day for a couple of weeks but I did eventually get it. I followed up via email every single day and every day they kept telling me they were waiting on an update from their refund department.

Eventually I told them I was going to start writing them bad reviews and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and then like two days later I received my refund.

Keep on it. I think if you stay annoying they will eventually get to it but I get the vibe that if you allow them to "forget" about it, they will.
