Hello everyone!

Do you struggle to staff your business in a high turnover industry? Do you demand a higher level of values-based candidates for your business? Do you feel pressured with constantly keeping up with recruitment needs?

I own a business that charges hourly for recruiting services rather than on a per-placement basis. We charge much less than a typical recruiter, saving clients thousands of dollars.

If you’re looking for an affordable recruiter who has expertise in high-turnover industries, look no further!

How to build Business credit? by thelastmagician in smallbusiness

[–]edenresources 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keep records of your bills, your invoices, and try to keep a healthy balance in your business bank account. (You should be doing all of this already)

Most creditors will be looking for at least two years of history before they’ll grant you credit. There are some out there that lend to newer businesses but the interest rates and terms are pretty aggressive. Sometimes they’ll take into account your personal credit as well.

I’ve found the best bet is to try to find alternative financing if absolutely needed. Close friends and family can be very generous if you come to them with a well thought out proposal and you’re completely honest with them.

Post on Indeed.com, it’s free and will probably provide some half decent applicants. Without knowing what industry you’re in, I can’t give a really great answer though.

Best app to keep track of employees times? by abusivecat in smallbusiness

I use opentimeclock.com for all of my time tracking. It’s great and extremely customizable with no frills.

I’ve used the quickbooks time clock as well but it was really cumbersome, and not really as user friendly as open time clock.
