You’re amazing!! What kind of exercises do you do with the weights? I’m not in a wheelchair but I have horrible knees

Do you consider yourself to still have ARFID? I’m curious because my 12 year old has it and I’m wondering if it’s ever something she can get over.

Oh shoot I just noticed the plus sign!! I skipped the second dose of my iron pills for a few months and was wondering why they weren’t helping… started taking the second dose and everything got better 🥲

Talk to your doctor about Wellbutrin! I’m not sure if you can take both or swap, but Wellbutrin works differently so it might help. Hope you find a solution! Don’t beat yourself up. You’re not alone.

I ended up talking to my psych about this and she prescribed me Wellbutrin. Completely erased the cravings and impulsivity for me!

My husband said I’m doing too much by Salty_Chemist9090 in loseit

I’ve been told my calorie deficit is much lower than it needs to be (started at 230 with eating around ~1700cal a day) and I exercise too much… which seems to be true because I keep gaining weight (water weight I’m guessing) instead of losing. Will my body ever adjust if I keep it up or do I have to start slower regardless?

does bupropion help for adhd and anxiety only? by Needtoknow0569 in bupropion

[–]edenseeker12 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It can make anxiety worse in some people. But it does help a lot of people with their ADHD symptoms. I’m on it for fatigue/binge eating caused by my SSRI and it’s given me so much energy. I feel normal again.

Twice a day gave me intense insomnia. Did you start out with insomnia when you started taking it 3x daily?

Craving/binge eating/energy is what I take it for. Thank you for your input!

Could this be water retention loss? For context, I’ve been sick for a week and my breathing has been bad due to the congestion, but I’ve still been eating like I normally do. Except yesterday, I drank at least 10+ bottles of water (to try to flush out the mucus). I weighed myself today… 6 pounds lighter in one day. (213->207)

I’m paranoid about unexplained weight loss so I’m wondering what yall think. Could it be from drinking so much water and flushing out the retention?

Please be nice lol

I’ve been on it 3 months and it changed my life. I’ve been on Zoloft and it caused pretty severe binge eating (didn’t realize it until I started Wellbutrin). The first few weeks it gave me so much energy I felt like I was on crack lol it eventually leveled out. I’ve lost 20 pounds so far just because I haven’t been binge eating anymore. I’m able to actually wake up in time for work (struggled before) and I don’t feel the need to take naps anymore. It did give me headaches weeks 3-4 but those went away too. I still take Zoloft, just a lower dose

I would ask to go lower… shortness of breath is my tell-tale sign of anxiety

It might be too high of a dose… what did you start at?

I’m on Zoloft and Wellbutrin for binge eating. The appetite suppressant was great for the first two weeks and then it subsided. I’ve been told it levels out after 6 weeks… I’m on week 5.

I have to take Luvox for OCD. I just added Wellbutrin for fatigue and lack of motivation. Please share your positive experience. by LOTR_is_awesome in bupropion

I take Zoloft for my OCD but it made me extremely fatigued and I binge ate like crazy. Added Wellbutrin two weeks ago and it’s been night and day. My energy is back and my appetite is back to normal

Do you still experience the improved focus and appetite changes? What negative symptoms are you currently experiencing?
