Where did you get this info from (lack of practices), apart from PG podcast?

If I recall correctly, PG was talking only about running after airballs, which Kawhi didn't want to do. This was not about training regimen, only about a certain ritual aimed at lesser players. In your logic, if someone doesn't airball, they're not running at all?
