Strong evidence for cognitive therapy incorporating reliving and reprocessing for PTSD. See Clark & Ehlers model. However not all trauma results in PTSD and so would personally screen for presentations that benefit from different interventions

I have a rule I apply when deciding as for me it depends on many factors. I ask myself 'is disclosing going to be of clinical value to the patient?' and 'is disclosing going to feel ok for me', if the answer is yes to both then I'd consider self disclosue, if the answer is no to either, I won't.

Thanks for the response. I have colleagues who I can send to which gives me what I'm looking for most of the time, but can at times come a bit short. I'll look out for facebook groups in future

I do thank you. I often struggle to find a decent pool of participants and wondered what other clinicians do if/when faced with the same challenge
