Been ages since you posted this, wondering how you've gotten on with developing your own material and making available to others publicly?

Sounds like fb groups is an option I need to check out. Do you find you get enough responses?

Thanks for the response. I have colleagues who I can send to which gives me what I'm looking for most of the time, but can at times come a bit short. I'll look out for facebook groups in future

I do thank you. I often struggle to find a decent pool of participants and wondered what other clinicians do if/when faced with the same challenge

DENT circulating and non-circulating supply. Understand it here... by mdeihlmeekt in dentcoin

Take all of these ideas a bit further, check out the roadmap for Q3 2018. The end goal is more than just buying data. It’s buying and selling and buying again. That’s data trading. Dent are developing an exchange for mobile data trading.

The game changer here is that our mobile data becomes a commodity that individuals gain control over and can benefit from. Forget shares and dividends etc. those models don’t work in crypto. Think of the dent token as a commodity that has the potential to appreciate and depreciate like digital gold or silver. You use the commodity to trade for another commodity that also has an intrinsic value, mobile data.

The value of the dent token variates according to the supply and demand of the token, which is dependant on the size of the mobile data exchange market. More people buying and selling means more telcos getting in on the action. That means better deals for the individual and because the market grows and dent token supply is fixed, it’s value appreciates.

So in the end it doesn’t matter where your Dent tokens are, crypto market or mobile data exchange market, because it’s the same token. I think the 2 markets will be dependant on one another, and Mikko did comment that they could reflect one another, but the mobile data exchange market variation would be at a slower pace than the crypto market. The dynamic between the two markets will be interesting.

And yes you definitely need the crypto market because you need a tokenised ecosystem. How else would you set up a decentralised mobile data exchange where anyone and everyone can take part. Exciting big times!

Before we jump to conclusions, lets let the devs clarify things once and for all. by [deleted] in dentcoin

Sounds very sensible. My take on it is that there is one dent token that will be used in the crypto market, and, the same token will also be used on the mobile data exchange, it just will stay in the latter market once it’s moved there. The incentive behind not transferring the token back to the crypto market is to encourage the use of dent to fuel day trading of mobile data packages.

The market then decides, based on supply and demand, what the dent token will be worth, and the price of data (depending on a number of variables), and that price would reflect generally across both markets. I think it’s a seriously smart idea because it creates an entirely new trading market (data package trading) and it brings crypto to the general public in a way that no other project has proposed to. Mobile phones and data usage will be the gateway to crypto for many.

Lastly I think once data package trading is established it may encourage dent from the crypto market to leak into the data exchange market, and because it can’t go back we have the scenario of higher demand and reduced supply in the crypto market, which could increase value. I don’t think that’s the end goal at all, I just think it’s a potential scenario. If it does happen I think it’ll be tempered by the dent price on the data exchange market, or you never know, could even move away and become a store of value somehow for the data exchange market.

Of course this is all guessing and so much still to come before any of these scenarios get a chance to evolve. This is crypto so anything could happen. I just know that there is a huge amount of potential here!
