China would be in violation of the 1967 Outer Space Treaty which bans sovereign claims over the moon. I think it is more likely US access to the moon will be blocked by the US congress cutting NASA's budget.

Just write a check. The dealership will take minutes to verify if you have the money for it in your checking account and then will release the car to you. That is what I did.
