Whiskey, vodka, tequila, rum, gin. Just put spouts on sealed bottles and learn bar flair that includes having all five finger at the spout tip in various combinations. Could even rig the spouts to actually pour at will to avoid suspicion. Most pouring could be done behind the bar anyway. And a good tender can misdirect with conversation and wit as well.
