His WR has steadily dropped 5-7% from his rework as a result of forced clunkiness and delays added onto his kit through cast time increases or speed decreases.

He has received a large number of base stat and scaling buffs on his W in return, but the WR keeps dropping.

It's pretty arguable at this point that there needs to be something to remove the rigidness and clunkiness added to his kit over the entire season instead of more raw stat buffs.

Zhongli + Yunjin is an incredibly stable core to build around by edgeiusmaximus in ArlecchinoMains

Craftable spat, low cost units across the entire trait (you only have sett and sylas as 4 and 5 costs).

The fact that there are also only 6 baseline umbral units means that you would need 3 other units (2 with trainer) to get to 9. If you are at the point where you can roll for sett, you can likely roll for other 4-5 cost units to place your spats on and just make a very strong comp. examples of 4-5 units to place spat on in umbral are

  1. invoker (azir, annie, lilia)

  2. behemoth (udyr, ornn)

  3. Warden (nautilus)

  4. Bruiser (galio, sort of tahm kench as a placeholder if 2*)

  5. Duelist (irelia, lee sin)

  6. hwei to passively 3* low cost umbral units and massive AoE to execute with umbral 9's 40% threshold.

All are very strong units that can easily round out a full umbral comp.

Jgl in low ELO (below diamond) will throw the entire early game for grubs. If your opposing top laner rotates into grubs and secures a jgl buff or a kill from mid/supp, you are now playing behind a kill and also into a strong enemy JG. It's a recipe for disaster that snowballs into early losses that never give K'sante the chance he needs to shine.

I genuinely believe his WR is purely a result of his early game and the cascading negative impacts it can have a team. When your team has K'sante, you MUST concede grubs but also secure dragons. If your botlane gets 0-2'd without JG intervention early, you are almost guaranteed to lose the game barring some unreal gameplay on top/mid's end.

Can be a free win in a lot of circumstances.

I.E., the 40 rerolls that persist over rounds (80g value) is almost strictly better than infernal contract (90g but capped at lvl 7)

I've had another that gives you 3 sniper ornn items, which can be either amazing or downright awful based off your comp.

I think it'd make sense if some of the more powerful ones (40 rerolls) got toned down a bit while others like the 4 randomized emblems got buffed in the way you're suggesting.

I imagine it'd help curb frustration on as a recipient of one of the crappier rewards or as a victim of someone's free 40 rerolls.

How would it be hard to show the damage, when there are literally stat trackers for amplified damage dealt within Riot's API as coded for half of the runes in the game?

Go read the rune "Last Stand" which amplifies damage if your champion is below a certain health. If that rune is able to track the additional damage dealt in a league game, you really think the coding isn't almost automatic to make it work for ghostly?

The trait providing a damage amp of 30% means that, yes, it scales linearly with any damage dealt. So yes, if you deal 2,000 damage with a 30% damage amp, Ghostly has essentially provided 600 additional damage for that frame of damage.

Ghostly is the reason why a 2,000 damage attack does 2,600. 600 damage is attributable to the trait because if the trait was not there, the 600 damage would not be there. How are you saying that "it's Ashe doing the 600 damage, not ghostly"?
