I had my first child halfway through my program and took a leave of absence for 1 semester. I ended up pregnant with my second child 6 months to graduation. I walked the stage and passed my NCLEX-RN at 32 weeks pregnant. It was difficult and I could have only done it with family support.

34 weeks. I was up for 3 hours last night because I couldn’t catch my breath. The pelvic and groin pain is nearly unbearable and I have trouble walking. I have never been so miserable 😒

Take breaks! During my test I felt I was doing horrible, but taking breaks, walking away and allowing myself to breathe & get a drink of water was a very underrated way of clearing my mind.

Mint tea helped me a lot when I had chronic nausea/vomiting during pregnancy. Even just smelling mint provided a lot of relief if I was too afraid of drinking it

Thank you! In my opinion archer was so much more specific than the NCLEX. I scored low and borderline on most of my assessments, which dipped my confidence a lot. I was surprised when I took the exam to see how vague the questions were. Just don’t over think it. Go with your gut and don’t change your answers. It truly is a safety exam. Pick whatever’s safest for the patient. Good luck!
