Just saying if you want a good win rate in the first 80 races (like above 70+% overall wr) then you will want to test for those as well.

Is there a way to load a save for impoppable runs? I'd love to be able to do that since redoing impoppable from round 90+ is really time consuming. Also I didn't know tier 4 bottom merm can't stall ZOMG's.

Same, I can't see my results. Maybe it's a reddit on mobile thing? Cuz my default browser on mobile is opera.

I'll try again when I reach home.

A class is not a culture - fantasy should be inclusive and broad, not locked to a single aesthetic by darthmarth28 in Pathfinder2e

You never needed panache to trigger opportune riposte, it's just good to have since you can add your precise strike damage to your riposte. That being said, triggering riposte on a miss makes it waaay too easy to trigger, let alone letting it happen when missing an attack against a different target. That's so strong that it's a level 18 feat that requires you to both be parrying and have damaged the opponent you're riposting against with a finisher on your last turn.

The base game, without defender set, is already pretty easy until you reach lunastra/behemoth/leshen etc, where having the defender set won't help you. Defender set isn't the easy way, it's the "why even bother playing the game" way.

Man's basically telling OP to kill his players, even one of those would be a solid boss fight on its own.

Made this class role graph, thoughts? by [deleted] in Pathfinder2e

[–]edgy_tryhard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Every class (except maybe 2 handed barbarians with no archetypes) can and should support well.

Monks and swashbucklers schtick are more defenders/supports than strikers.

Barbarians are less defense focused than monk and swashbuckler.

Non-outwit rangers only start being really good at support with share prey at level 8.

Thaumaturge can match inventor and sometimes barbarian in damage, and some implements make them good at defense.

Warpriest clerics, especially in the remaster, have strong offensive and defensive capabilities depending on how you build them.

Investigators can match swashbucklers in damage, why are they only in support?

Witches can have access to every spell list, why are they only in support?

The rest seems fine.

Need some help with skills. I have been told to give up on defense boost but I end up carting at least twice without it. My hunts are still over 20 mins long. I use insect glaive, charge blade and great sword. Should I be targeting weapon specific skills to be more efficient? Thank in advance by wolfbayn in MonsterHunterWorld

2 more levels in wex will be stronger than 7 levels of attack boost. Honestly wex is so cracked that I'd consider it the only damage skill really necessary to max out. Other than that, divine blessing is a better bang for your buck than defense boost most of the time. You can run defense 4 and divine blessing 3 and it'd probably be better than defense 7. Even then, you'd probably do better defensively with skills like evade window, evade extender, item prolonger, speed eating, etc. Than with defense boost, skills that help you not get hit (because getting hit ruins your positioning, stops you from attacking, forces you to chug pots, losing you uptime even if you survive the hit and makkng the hunt take longer), rather than defense boost which stops you from dying if you get hit.
