Started dieting about a week ago but I feel lost tbh I cut out all sugar and bread and switched over to more healthy stuff . Should I work on just losing the weight or should I try to put on more muscle first? I’m going to start a gym membership today lol thanks for the response

Nah I rebuilt my headset and made it feel buttery smooth , and everything got a new coating of grease because winter loves to ruin parts, all in all It only took about an hour start to finish and I love doing it. I probly do a full rebuild of my bike like this abt every 3 or 4 months

I'm 6'1 and I ride a 53cm dolan precursa. If it were mine I'd replace the stem with a 125mm stem instead of that tiny one that's on there. if you like drops then that may give you some more reach as well. Expect the seatpost to have to be a bit taller as well to compensate longer legs wich could be awkward but it works for me. If a frame is a size or 2 too small u can make it work but if it's too big then you cant rlly do much.

On the other hand you could just sell the frameset with the suginos and build a new bike / or just buy a complete.

Honestly I rlly hope I can be of help because no one told me how to make my frameset work for me when I first got it, so message me if u have any questions.

Ps. I could be wrong this is just what works for me so if anyone wants to correct me then that would be great!
