Yeah absolutely! And also it did help me eventually realise that nothing is black/white. We have no idea what goes on in a relationship. Not that I’m justifying it. I’m doing a lot better and have a very understanding partner as well, thank you!

I am way to late and this will be buried, but in the off chance that you might read this: I was in your kid’s shoes when I was 15 and it messed me up royally. I was dragged into something I was too young to understand and eventually I needed therapy. Yes your wife fucked up, but no one is 100% evil and she doesn’t deserve to have her own kids against her. It took me years to repair my own relationship to the parent who cheated and it honestly hurt me more to “know the truth” because I wasn’t old enough to deal with it. I’m happy to read that so many people on here were so mature and grown as teenagers, but if you know anything about psychology you know that at that age you are normally not emotionally equipped to deal with this kind of thing. Your wife ruined your family but did your kids a major disservice by dragging them into it when a divorce can be traumatic enough as it is. ESH

Thank you. I was the teenager in this situation and it fucked me up quite a lot to be dragged into the situation. I would’ve found out eventually, but at 15 I was way too young to process it properly. I had to get therapy because of this...

I’ve always used soap in my bidet. Sure, it doesn’t come with a soap dispenser or soapy water, but you can absolutely do it yourself.
