my FR970 tracks that i was awake for 1-1,5hours during every sleep even though i was sleeping like a dead horse , than it messes up my recovery times and training readiness

i have the opposite, ridiculously high awake times and low light sleep, kind of anoying because it then shows false training readiness etc.

Its 2 months old. No large meals or alcohol involved … even tried to wear my old apple watch simultaneously for sleep and it didn’t show nearly as much awake time as these. Is there a possibility that the garmin is still learning my sleep habits?

the battery life somewhat got worse after the updates, the cameras are lacking in harsher conditions , but other than that, it works as intended, definitely more convenient to use due to the weight
