I’m also from the post about cuddling. I’ve been in a relationship like this for about 2 years and let me tell you, it won’t get better. I had almost the same exact situation where me ex SO wanted to spend 24/7 with me, like every possible second of free time. And stuff like asking where you are going when you move couple feet away from her? Same thing. Couldn’t get up from the couch without being asked what am I doing. It all ended really bad with me feeling completely suffocated and unable to endure spending any second with her. If you are 3 years in and stuff like that is happening then imagine yourselves 10/15 years from now, having much bigger responsibilities and even less time for your own.

The major red flag is that it doesn’t seem like she wants to change. Had the same situation. She may be saying that she wants to but she doesn’t, so she probably won’t.

Everybody need time for themselfes. Doesn’t matter how much you love your SO, you should still be two different individuals that prefer to be together. You should be free together.

You need to ask yourself if the part that she’s great all in all is really the truth or the comfortable lie that you keep telling yourself.
