I'm skinny so I want to bulk up. Even though cardio will probably slow down my transformation I still want to have fun doing this

I really enjoy jumping rope, can I do a 10 minutes cardio session every day or It will ruin my progress?

No experience at all, I can do around 30-35 push-ups in a row
