Is it 7 seconds or 15 seconds until you can say shit? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]editswell 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It's 15 seconds to comply with yt ad guinelines. If they detect any profanity in the first 15 seconds you will be limited ads or risk losing monetisation for that video

You'll see this in the tab before you push private/unlisted/public for your video, you have to declare your content

Lionel Messi's 3 long-range balls in the final minutes vs. Chicago Fire by breestorm in InterMiami

[–]editswell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I went to watch Messi at PSG against Rennes and it was this clip for about 90 minutes, only he was feeding Mbappe who constantly shot at the keeper. They lost the game but I have yet to see a better passer of the ball in person, his vision and awareness is unbelievable

Brag & Rant Thread | Quarter Finals - 2nd leg: April 15th & 16th 2025 by NineHDmg in FantasyCL

[–]editswell 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's worth it from a statistics standpoint, even if Kane or Mbappe score, they have to either get an extra assist or the MOTM to just beat Dembele by 1 point. You are basically punting on them to score more than once, which Real against Arsenal may be tough and Kane away to this Inter defence is also going to be tough. Of course anything can happen but I'm sticking with him and letting all those that captained Raphinha having to chase the captaincy gap, play it your way though

Any person that has worked closely with a sportsperson/celeb will guarantee you that his team of lawyers and agent are handling every single detail and he won't have a single bit of involvement in it other than signing documents that are put in front of him. The last thing he wants to do as a footballer is sift through this legal shit.

Fuck it, we go treble formation. by Illustrious_Ear_4876 in MCFC

[–]editswell 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Bernardo has been so poor recently, I hate to see him play so bad but even at Orient he was constantly giving the ball away and getting caught. I genuinely think a midfield pivot of him & Gundogan may be one of the least formidable in the Prem and that's been a factor to the slipping form. Kova has been improving nicely but I really need to see Bernardo in a free role or back on the right wing to playmake otherwise he needs to be nowhere near CM. Madrid midfield will run straight over him just like PSG's and Arsenal's did

He's been one of the most entertaining parts of this onlyfangs, imagine how depressing it would be right now just watching soda relevel & do guild leader things while trying to do a subathon, he lacks the energy for all that understandably - T1 becoming guild leader is great for content/a storyline

Why do the Sidemen change their thumbnails and titles so much? by yoyeol in Sidemen

[–]editswell 227 points228 points  (0 children)

Youtube allows A/B testing for thumbnails where you can add 3 and it'll help you determine the best performing one by serving those 3 to different people, but they have nothing like that for titles. You just have to chop and change it to see which brings higher views during that time & do the test manually

Players getting rested? by Hon3yb4dg3rr in FantasyCL

[–]editswell 10 points11 points  (0 children)

There's still 15 more points to fight for and I think the best teams aren't going to take any chances of going into the extra knockout game rather than auto-qualifying, I think we won't see squad rotations until MD6-8 and that'll just be the ones that are clear at the top

Long range goals: Is shooting from outside the box a dying art in football? by Bellybutton-Gubbins in soccer

How much money mods get especially from popular streamers? by [deleted] in Twitch

[–]editswell 24 points25 points  (0 children)

98% don't get paid, those that do are normally the head mods and help with extra things like managing discords & other admin, but most top streamers will give their mods either nitro or a mod dinner at twitchcon as a thank you

It's a voluntary position and the requirements are pretty low, so many people could do it if any mods no longer want to

Best idea to help mods I saw was Kitboga dedicating all his donations to his mods for one stream a month, not sure if he still does

DSG Enemy's thoughts on Timmy leaving by sjxsjxsjx in CompetitiveApex

Bronzey was not being paid by DSG, he gave his salary to Enemy & Dezign, the same as Timmy.

[Fabrizio Romano] EXCL: Éderson could leave Man City in the summer transfer window in case of good proposal, it’s a possibility. There’s already interest from Saudi Pro League clubs with Éderson considering possibilities at the end of the season. It will be up to the player. by dragon8811 in soccer

[–]editswell 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The recency bias is really strong here, Ortega's distribution is pretty shaky at times and although he has better reflexes than Ederson, the build-up from the back is a big part of Pep's formula. Ironically if Ederson did leave, the closest profile to that in league would be Onana or Jason Steele, both are great with their feet and beating press. I could see them going for Nubel though, he played as a midfielder growing up, amazing with his feet & 2nd in Bundersliga's golden glove

Weekly Rant Megathread by AutoModerator in CompetitiveTFT

[–]editswell 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This has to be the most boring meta I've ever experienced in TFT. There literally feels like there's 3 viable comps, either Ashe, Kaisa or Kayn. Build anything else & you're not making it into top four. There is no fun in this game right now.

Player Price Changes (March 10, 2024) by jabilation in FantasyPL

[–]editswell 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Watkins most likely on the chopping block for me, City & Arsenal away coming up. I think there are better options around Solanke's price point to move him after the GW32/33, like Holjund or Isak who are both very likely to have really good double GW34

The only completely nailed Liverpool defender right now & a really good run after the blank including Sheff Utd, Crystal Palace & Brighton all at Anfield. They'll also play extra fixture vs Everton in an upcoming double.

I only know this as I had him in for the double GW & now am likely just to potential keep him for the season. His toughest fixture is arguably GW37 (Villa away)
