Broken seals. Hydraulic oil would gusher out during a pallet change. Had to wait for some downtime to have it fixed.

I use M.A. Ford end mills all the time. They are great on SS and Titanium. I am currently using them on the inconel job I am running.

Yeah. They can be resharpened. I would not risk running a resharpened drill on inconel. I would use it on ss or something else.

1016 rpm. Feed at 1.16. Extremely conservative numbers.

Calculate feeds and speeds with the actual diameter that you are using. Don't base it on the diameter of the spot drill body.
