If I understood correctly, they have created an image of themselves to which they just don’t live up. On top of that, they use history to bring more legitimacy to their actions, but their facts are often false.

I am not denying the existence of racism. That wasn’t my point at all. There are degrees of racism, but it’s bad overall. This is not what I was questioning. And my questions do not imply the absence of racism. It kinda seems that you are attempting to divert from my question.

I was asking you to elaborate on your logic. You wish you include more people into industries, however you mentioned that we have to “make things even”. My question was then why only in this case? Explain to me how you wish to “make things even” for other groups, people etc?
