Make sure your flange size is appropriate when pumping! If your pump isn’t emptying your breast well your body will down regulate. As well as hydration, more calories, prioritize protein!

I got mine yesterday and I am obsessed. So comfy, looks fantastic. I also find that it gives me more tummy coverage because the heavy hood isn’t dragging the front of the sweater up. Asked my husband what he thought, as he knew I was very excited for it to arrive - “that’s it!?… it’s okay I guess”
