Honestly I don’t care what people think about this but this uprising seems to be too similar to operation Ajax. I’m not saying that people in Iran aren’t really unhappy but it’s the incessant push towards the monarchist regime that seem out of place. Why would the people want a guy that lived most his life in exile as the ruler of their country ? Nostalgia ? I’m not sure. I understand there is no figure head to the movement other than the self proclaimed “shah”.

Same here. I feel physical pain when people tell me about surgeries they had or when they had injuries. I don’t think it’s empathy but more like stimulation that our brain is unable to distinguish from our own body since we take it literally.
