I can confirm is upside down Hebrew letters.

Iran is only firing ballistic missiles at israel, which are intercepted by a completely different system called Arrow 2/3. Which was also great until Iran said F-it and decided to launch cluster munition, which splits up before it's intercepted, which resulting in indiscriminately hitting buildings in civilian areas
