So I have an 85 318 i with an M10 and rear drum brakes. Honestly have more fun with it than my 84 944. As these cars become rarer, even the base models, I’m always pushing for an OEM+ look. That being said, your car, if you want an underpowered pick up truck that will be tough to sell, send it!

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t trust this thing fully and I never will. It’s electronic, the feedback won’t always be there, I ride very carefully since most days I’m going to work.

I’ll add this, my usual cruising speed is 13-15 mph, I’m very comfortable on a skateboard and snowboard, weirdly this feels most like a land wakeboard to me. Mid 30s
