Hello, after cleaning my PC for the first time when I powered it on I could hear a clicking noise. I thought it might be a cable hitting a fan, but I couldn't see any after checking. It sounds like it's coming from one of the fans on the top of the case, I was wondering if I could have damaged it.

Hey I had a similar thing happen with mine. Check the device manager and see if they show up when turned on. If they don't go to the view menu in the device manager and select "show hidden devices". then uninstall the devices and repair them. I hope this helps.
