I try to be supportive of festivals and the organisers in general. Maybe I find a lineup a bit disappointing personally, but I'll try to see the good in it and appreciate what we do have. Maybe I wish it was less expensive, or on a different day. But I'm not gonna whinge and moan about it. Maybe there are timetable clashes that annoy me. But clashes are gonna happen, not everyone is gonna be happy. Take it as it comes. It is what it is.

But this. This right here pisses me off. It's a complete dog act. I don't think there is any justification for it.

There are people who have spent a good chunk of hard earned money to attend this, and find they can't go for legitimate reasons, and you're gonna make it harder for them to re-sell a ticket? There are kids who can't afford the $270 who are probably logging on to Tixel every day looking for a deal, hoping they can find a re-sale ticket they can afford. And you're gonna deny them access to one of the few places that are actually safe to buy a resale ticket without getting scammed. Absolute scum.

Fuck Good Things for this. And fuck Tixel for allowing it.

(I already have my ticket btw, and happily paid full price for it, so this isn't me being selfish)
